Rommel has been working in various leadership roles in the microenterprise/ microfinance sector for over 15 years. He has 20 years of work experience in numerous areas such as organization management, product and services development, human resource development, Management Information System, fisheries, indigenous peoples, urban poor development, and relief and emergency programming. Rommel is currently the Regional Director of VisionFund International for AsiaPacific Region and is in the board of several MFIs and non-profit NGOs in Asia.
