CHANN SAVOEUNG

Born in Battambang province, he has held the position since late 2007.  Mr. Savoeung has 12 years of work experience starting from a low skilled job at early age to the top, which is exceptionally inspirational in the context of personal and career development. 

He worked as finance and administrative manager for Ockenden International from February to November 2007 after he had served as deputy administrative coordinator and an acting project manager for Handicap International for two years.   

Mr. Savoeung worked as finance and administrative manager, capacity building officer ,and finance and administrative assistant for the NGO, Aphivat Strey or Women’s Development, in Battambang province from 2003 to 2005. Before that, he taught English, and became a volunteer credit agent for the NGO, Samakithor respectively. He had also been a receptionist for Sawade Food Restaurant and Guesthouse in Siem Reap province after a position of printing shop worker for four years.   

Mr. Savoeung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Management and Economics, majoring in Accounting. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration Degree at the University Lumiere II France, in the field of Entrepreneurship.
