Takeo Province
Located in the southwest, Takeo borders Vietnam
The Takeo province is located in south Cambodia, about 90km from the capital Phnom Penh. It borders Vietnam which provides residents with opportunities to export their goods and trade across the border.
Takeo's primary produce includes:
- rice
- weaving
- palm tree products
Popular nearby attractions such as Chiso Mountains, the Nieng Khmoa temples, Tamao Mountain and the Bati Lake attract many tourists during National Holidays, increasing opportunities for local residents.
