VisionFund Cambodia sponsored “Cultural Day” event, held on March 20, 2016 at University of Phnom Penh. This year event’s under the theme of “Culture and Livelihood”

The main objective of the event is to celebrate the Khmer New Year, conserve the traditional culture and build strong network among students and teachers.

As a leading social Microfinance Institution in Cambodia, VisionFund has created various social programs, aims at promoting the lives of our clients and their children. Ms. Top Sok Samphea, Chief Operating Officer of VisionFund Cambodia said that “So far, we’ve launched so many social programs aimed at maximizing benefits and impact for clients, their children and communities. The programs are including the best client selection program, child scholarship program, charity events and donations. We create these programs because we want to provide additional value to our clients especially we want to contribute our works to the development of Cambodian society.”

This year event is very significant as more than 1,500 visitors came to join visiting various traditional performances including traditional dance, ASEAN dance and other special Khmer traditional performances/shows. At the meantime, visitors will enjoy visiting VisionFund’s booth to learn about our products and services especially they will have chance to play game in order to get special gifts from VisionFund.
